Who is June anyway?

I am a prospective UX/UI designer based in Vancouver. Originally from Hong Kong, I immigrated to Canada with my family at a young age.

Through my working experiences, I recognize how much well-design digital tools and products contribute to the success of a business. Thus, here I am making a career change into the world of UX/UI to help contribute to a more user-friendly future in all shapes and forms.

Growing up I was a fine arts and anime kid, and that passion translated from paper medium to the digital realm when I studied Interaction Design in Simon Fraser University.

I have a curious mind about human behaviours and problem-solving. The process from defining problems to conjuring creative solutions really makes my brain tick! I am an ambivert - I enjoy working with others as well as working on alone. I am also empathetic with people and be analytical at the same time. 

In my personal time, I love to bring my pup out for some cool adventures, dream about my next trip, check out local events, and indulge in good quality me-time! 😊
